Previously known as White Sister, an ultra-sophisticated funk-tinged hard rock outfit, the band switched name and changed image somewhat during 1991, in order to secure a major recording contract. With acoustic and blues influences replacing the soul/funk elements, the band aimed at the same market as Tesla, Bon Jovi and Def Leppard.
