With her Southern accent and bold personality, Texas-bred, Dallas-based performer Tay Money spits explicit rhymes over trap-influenced production in a style similar to Bhad Bhabie and Iggy Azalea. Rising in the late 2010s, she scored a viral hit with her breakthrough single "Trapper's Delight" in 2018. She released her official debut full-length in 2019 with Hurricane Tay, leading to a deal with major-label Geffen that brought about 2020's Blockedt and 2022's Girls Gone Duh. Independent since then, she went on to release Like a Boss, a 2024 EP full of typically brash rhymes.
