Singer and songwriter Teenear specializes in upbeat, pop-oriented R&B. She attracted a Slip'N'Slide Records recording contract with uploaded cover versions and has since released several singles dating back to "Friday Night" (2015), issued when she was 18. Teenear Renee began singing with the praise team of her church in her hometown of Miami, Florida. She later started performing solo at talent shows.
