Bridging the gap between groove-forward nu-metal and pummeling metalcore, Los Angeles-based quartet Tetrarch present a punishing but melodic brand of heavy music inspired by forebears such as Metallica, Trivium, Lamb of God, and Korn. Formed in the 2000s, they rose from the underground in the 2010s with the release of their album Freak and made their mainstream breakthrough with the single "I'm Not Right" from 2021's major-label Unstable.
