Biography
Starting right off the bat as popular newcomers in Atlanta in 2007, the Alliance stepped out and in front of several other club records that year with their hit "Tatoo," featuring D4L's Fabo. All four Alliance members -- rappers Blackout, Skinny, and Bliss, plus producer Ty-Cutta -- were individual artists beforehand, cutting their teeth on the Atlanta club and open-mike circuit.
