The Avener & Phoebe Killdeer

As the Avener, French deep house producer Tristan Casara melds tasteful guitar licks and jazzy horns with folk and blues vocal samples, all underpinned by a warm, pulsating club beat. Casara first began releasing disco-tinged filter house under the name Tyares in 2005, then spent years behind the scenes co-writing several club hits, including Mathieu Bouthier and Sophie Ellis Bextor's "Beautiful" in 2012.
