The Bots

Mixing punk, blues, grunge, and more into their own unique sound, the Bots is the project of Los Angeles- based Mikaiah and Anaiah Lei. The brothers formed the band in 2006, when vocalist/guitarist/bassist Mikaiah and percussionist/vocalist Anaiah were barely out of grade school; they recorded their first album when they were, respectively, 15 and 12. The duo recorded and released two more albums on their own, playing shows with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Blur, Refused, and Bad Brains, and appearing at the Vans Warped Tour and Afropunk Festival along the way.
