The Boy Will Drown

A math-metal band from Norwich, England, the Boy Will Drown formed in 2005 and issued their first eponymous EP independently just two years later, quickly earning respectability with their incredibly complex musicianship as well as the fury of their performances. Fittingly, by 2009, vocalist Tom, guitarist Liam, bassist James, and drummer Ed found themselves signed to grindcore haven Earache Records, through whom they released their debut full-length, Fetish, soon after. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
