With an understated guitar/bass/drum sound indebted to the Northwest indie scene, the four members of Spokane, Washington's the Globes moved to Seattle soon after graduating from high school to pursue their musical dreams, and started recording their self-titled EP in 2007. The next year, the Globes finished recording their debut outing and played approximately 100 shows.
