The Indians

Singer/songwriter Angelique Bianca, a native of Los Angeles, moved to London in the mid-'80s and met bassist Chris Wilson. They began a band and later recruited Italian guitarist Zeb for Indianism, their 1992 debut on Polydor/PLG. The band uses elements of psychedelic pop and Bianca uses her hip-hop influence to create an original sound that was also featured on 1992's Kalifornia soundtrack. ~ John Bush
