The Mekanix

A production team sought out by the Bay Area hip-hop elite, Tweed "Tha Great" and Dotrix 4000 are better known as the Mekanix. The duo kicked off their career in 2005 and worked for the likes of J. Stalin, Shady Nate, and Yukmouth. Regular work with Philthy Rich included numerous cuts on the rapper's 2012 album Kill Zone, then in 2015 the crew produced "I'm Trippin'" for legendary MC Too $hort.
