Resurrecting the jagged song structures and abrasive assault of vintage punk acts such as Gang of Four and Mission of Burma, the Nervous Return (originally named Twig) was a reminder of a vibrant time in the underground when they debuted in 2000. Led by vocalist/guitarist Jason Muller, the band also featured drummer Greg Gordon, bassist Anthony Crouse, and guitarist Rob Grad.
