The Port Huron Statement is a collaboration between two unique individuals. First is Chip Taylor, a former Sticky member that writes quirky garage rock that deals with lofty subjects such as national loyalty and the destiny of lovers. The other is Todd Henderson, another multi-instrumentalist that fosters the lunatic vision of Taylor with their partnership.
