Biography
Long Island, NY's the Rescue was formed in the summer of 2003 and brought a melodic style of hardcore with emo tendencies to their first EP, We Dig Our Own Graves, a year later. After signing a deal with United Edge Records, the group (featuring vocalist Mike Assip, guitarists Joe Meier and Tom Colello, bassist Will Zucconi, and drummer Shane Curry) released a second EP entitled Phone Numbers in 2004. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
