The Roy Kay Trio

Led by guitarist/vocalist Roy "Kay" Konitzer, the Roy Kay Trio plays purist rockabilly that owes a strong debt to such legends of the genre as Johnny Burnette, Charlie Feathers, and Carl Perkins. Eschewing drums, the trio gains a quieter but no less energetic rhythmic base in the interplay between lead guitarist Mike Geglia and upright bassist Robin Cady.
