Biography
Cincinnati, Ohio trio the Serfs make synth-punk informed by gloomy minimal wave and post-industrial movements within the coldwave genre. After two especially stark early releases, the band expanded their sound to include a wider-ranging (if not particularly warmer) instrumentation on their third album, Half Eaten by Dogs, which was released in 2023 by Trouble in Mind Records.
