Four-piece London-based, Anglo-Welsh indie rock band Telegram's career gathered pace as soon as a drunken demo was heard by British radio presenter Mark Riley, before they had even played a live show. Their one-track demo was sent to a friend in the band the Voyeurs, who was a guest on Riley's BBC radio show. Riley liked what he heard and invited them to record some music with him in Manchester.
