The Vincent Black Shadow

Not to be confused with the punk-ska-"cabaret" act from Vancouver, British Columbia, Baltimore, MD's Vincent Black Shadow -- another band named after a motorcycle, indeed -- took their main musical influences from the Stooges and visual cues from that band's wild frontman, Iggy Pop. Blending garage punk and psychedelic rock into a chaotic musical pummeling, Vincent Black Shadow attracted attention from some of the more respected indie labels, such as Poptones.
