The Wellermen

The Wellermen are a transatlantic folk vocal group leading the modern revival of traditional maritime music. Formed in 2021 during the global sea shanty trend on social media, the quartet -- Americans Bobby Waters and Luke Taylor, and Brits Jonny Stewart and Sam Pope -- took their name from the viral success of Nathan Evans' version of the 19th century whaling song "Wellerman."
