The Wild Wild represents the synth pop ambitions of Santa Cruz-based musician and songwriter Benjamin Dunn. Prior to launching the Wild Wild project in 2014, the Illinois native released music under various solo guises such as Benjamin Dunn & the Animal Orchestra and Benjamin Dunn & Friends.
