Known as "The Singing Barber," Tim Toupet is a German hair stylist who operates a successful salon in Koln, but has also enjoyed success as a pop singer. Born on October 28, 1971, Toupet specializes in upbeat pop tunes, often with lyrics suitable for singalongs at parties; his music has found an enthusiastic following at Ballerman 6, a popular beachside tavern in Mallorca favored by German tourists.
