Dallas-based quintet Tricounty Terror splices the sleazy sounds of '80s Sunset Strip metal with driving punk. Formed in 2012, Tricounty Terror consists of five women -- vocalist Tessa Terror (born Tessa Byrd), guitarist Kelsey Wilson, guitarist Erica Pipes, bassist Kelly, and drummer Andi Cuba -- who had previously played in a variety of other settings but were drawn to the intensity of loud, metallic rock.
