Tungsten are a Swedish heavy metal and hard rock quartet formed in 2016 by ex-Hammerfall, ex-Yngwie Malmsteen and prolific session drummer Anders Johansson, with his sons, Nick Johansson (guitar), and Karl Johansson (bass and unclean vocals) and vocalist Micke Andersson. After hearing his kids' heavy metal songs, the drummer was so impressed, he insisted they put together a project to record them.
