Ulises Bueno is an Argentine cuarteto singer and songwriter from Córdoba, the capital city of the genre. Even before his professional career began Bueno already had a claim as cuarteto royalty on account of being the brother of Rodrigo Bueno, arguably the most popular cuarteto singer to emerge in the 1990s, and whose death in a car accident in 2000 at the age of 27 made him into a sort of national myth.
