Vicky Chow

The pianist of the Bang on a Can All-Stars, Vicky Chow is a major force in contemporary music in New York, where she is based. Chow has collaborated with numerous composers, artists, and ensembles in that field. Chow was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to parents from Hong Kong. She was a child prodigy who knew by age eight that she wanted to attend the Juilliard School in New York.
