Born Vincent Chong Ying Cern on September 30, 1979, Vince (aka Vincent) is a Malaysian-based pop singer who first came to fame as the winner of the Malaysian television reality talent show Akademi Fantasia. He released his debut album in 2004 (entitled Janji Vince) and followed it up with another full-length (Vince) in 2005. He also released a compilation album (Percayalah Sayang) in 2007.
