Warm Sounds

The Warm Sounds were a harmony duo of Barry Husband (aka Barry Younghusband) (guitar, bass, vocals), formerly of Tuesday's Children, and Denver Gerrard (guitar, vocals), who got together just in time to greet the Summer of Love with a psychedelic-pop classic called "Birds & Bees," released on English Decca's quasi-progressive Deram Records imprint. The song made number 27 on the national chart in England and hit number one on Radio London, the definitive pirate radio outlet for the U.K. but proved to be the last success had by the Warm Sounds.
