Biography
Taken from a slang term meaning superficial or flimsy, this California band started playing together as a means to upstage bar bands in the Ridgecrest area. The three high school students toured constantly for four years and did some studio work as well. In 1999, Weaksauce released Brutally Honest, a compilation of some of the group's best songs. Honing its live show, the band toured with Guttermouth, SNFU, Union 13 and Riotgun and developed a loyal following.
