In 2006, it seemed the South and the Bay Area had a lock on homegrown urban club hits until Webstar and Young B came on the scene with their instant smash "Chicken Noodle Soup." Female rapper Young B (aka Bianca Dupree) was only 16-years-old when she turned what was her favorite meal to eat when feeling sick -- chicken soup and ginger ale -- into the song's first hook, "Chicken noodle soup with a soda on the side."
