Weeping Icon

Part unrelenting noise and part socially charged vitriol, Brooklyn-based band Weeping Icon's approach to punk was one of the more caustic and explosive. The group tapped into the righteous anger of hardcore as well as the inhuman terror of industrial and harsh noise on their self-titled 2019 debut full-length. Weeping Icon came together with the 2015 breakup of guitarist/vocalist Sara Fantry and drummer Lani Combier-Kapel's shadowy rock group Advaeta.
