Folk trio Wildwood Kin were formed by sisters Beth and Emillie Key and their cousin Meghann Loney in Exeter following an open-mike invite at their local pub. The three relatives began singing together at a young age, having learned to harmonize from their mothers. Inspired by the work of acts like Fleetwood Mac, Bob Dylan, and Mumford and Sons, the group began to cultivate an Anglo-Americana style within their own songwriting, and in 2015 the fledgling band put out their debut EP.
