YFG Fatso is a Chicago-based rapper who alternates between quick-tongued narratives and pained, aggressive singing. He began releasing music at a young age, and took off when his 2023 track "ScarFace" received attention in his home city. This led to the rapper signing with Lil Durk's OTF label, in addition to releasing independent mixtapes like 2026's Sanity Evaded.
