Yoav

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, progressive singer/songwriter Yoav was interested in music from a young age. An avid songwriter by his teens, Yoav dropped out of college and spent a year in London shopping a demo of his songs around, to little label interest. Then, a call from his cousin, who had passed the demo along to a producer in the United States, brought Yoav to New York City, where he began playing local gigs.
