Biography
English rock band Yonaka combines heavy riffs, melodic hooks, and on-stage punk furor to create a raucous sound influenced by everything from metal to hip-hop. Fronted by the fiery Theresa Jarvis, the group debuted in the 2010s with their debut EP Heavy, later issuing their debut album, Don't Wait 'Til Tomorrow, in 2019. Hitting the U.K. Top 40, the album also helped the band score a nomination for Best British Newcomer at the 2019 Kerrang! Awards.
