Nick Jonas Is All About That 'Bacon' Life In New Video

By James Dinh

June 10, 2016

Nick Jonas has a plate full of pork to serve up with the video release of his Ty Dolla $ign-assisted new single called "Bacon" and the visual for the Last Year Was Complicated cut has arrived in all its greasy glory.

In the clip, which arrived via Vevo on Friday (June 10), the pop star dances his way through a diner as he passes out loads and loads of ⏤ you guessed it ⏤ bacon. "Bacon" is just a taste of the singles released for the project, including "Under You," "Chainsaw" as well as lead single "Close" featuring Tove Lo.

Speaking with EW, Jonas said that the song has much more symbolism than one would expect. "It’s actually about that moment when you’re out of a relationship and some of the emotional feelings are done and you start to realize it’s going to be okay, and that life moves on,” he explained. “And life is so good in fact that you should throw bacon on it and make it that much better, because bacon makes everything better."

Fair enough.
