Here's What We Know About Tom Hiddleston

Following her split from superstar producer/DJ Calvin Harris, it looks like Taylor Swift is moving on. The blonde singer/songwriter was photographed this week in Rhode Island, as published by British newspaper The Sun, during some very PDA-filled moments at the beach with British actor Tom Hiddleston. While very little details are known about this potential new relationship, you might be wondering ... who is Tom Hiddleston? What do we really know about the 35-year-old actor, other than the fact that Taylor and Tom (T&T!) had a dance-off just recently during the 2016 Met Gala on May 2nd? 1. He is known for his role as super villain Loki in Thor (2011) & Thor: The Dark World (2013), and The Avengers (2012). Even though he had originally auditioned to play Thor.
2. NBD, he went to school with Prince William. They both went to the same boarding school, Eton College, along with fellow actor Eddie Redmayne.
3. There has been a lot of speculation that he will be the next James Bond, succeeding Daniel Craig. But Tom doesn't think it's going to happen.
During the recent Wizard World Comic Con in Philadelphia, he said, “I’m sorry to disappoint you, everybody. I don’t think that announcement is coming. I am very gratified to hear the enthusiasm. There’s not much I can say that I haven’t already said. Your guess is as good as mine, to be honest."
He does look good in a tux though...
4. He dated his Avengers co-star Elizabeth Olsen last year.

6. He played Country music legend Hank Williams in this year's biopic I Saw The Light, which is based on the book Hank Williams: The Biography.
7. He will be starring in the upcoming 2017 King Kong movie Kong: Skull Island as Captain James Conrad, along-side Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson.
