It's safe to say that Keyshia Cole and her former landlord aren't on the best terms.

If fact, he's suing the R&B singer for over $150,000 in damages to his property, TMZ reports. Previously renting the home in Santa Monica, California, Keyshia eventually got the boot after failing to pay $19,000 in back rent. The landlord sued for that separately.

Now, in this new lawsuit, the landlord states that the singer scratched the roof and left several holes in his walls. Keyshia even, allegedly, damaged frames on the property's doors.

So, $150,000 is the sum from all of the damages. The property owner even wants some more bread for the emotional distress he's suffered from the fiasco.
