Fireworks Truck Explodes Near Eiffel Tower

It was a scary moment in Paris, France when a fireworks malfunction started a fire near the Eiffel Tower. The fire broke out around the same time that a terrorist drove a truck through a crowd in Nice, France. Police quickly confirmed the fire was not related to the attack in Nice. They said a firework truck malfunctioned and the situation was under control.
