Dierks Bentley Gives Tribute to Jake During Performance (VIDEO)

Dierks Bentley recently lost his four-legged best friend Jake to a battle with cancer. Jake was a well known figure throughout Dierks career, showing up on album artwork, concerts, and even in song lyrics.

During his Somewhere on a Beach tour stop in Tampa this past weekend, Dierks paid a little tribute to Jake.

At the end of his performance of "Every Mile A Memory," he showed a photo montage of him and even turned around to take it in himself.

It's never easy to lose a pet, especially one that's been part of your life so long.
