Taylor Swift has kept super low-key since the whole Kanye West/Kim Kardashian takedown, but the pop titan took to Twitter on Thursday (August 10) to send some love to the U.S. women's gymnastics team.
After the Final Five scored gold medals in Rio de Janeiro, Tay thought it was the perfect opportunity to give them a shout out, writing, "Sending my biggest congratulations to Simone, Aly, Laurie, Gabby and Madison! YOU DID IT GIRLS!! #FinalFive."

Olympic gymnastics coach Aimee Boorman showed the tweet to the champs and, as you might have expected, the ladies were overwhelmed with excitement. I mean, how often can you say you've received a personal message directly from Taylor Swift? It's not very likely, well, unless it's Swiftmas or something.
@taylorswift13 I just showed the girls and they about passed out from excitement. Thanks for your support! 🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/pv8eqLZurR
