MTV VMAs: Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj Added To Performance Roster

Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj will reunite on Sunday (August 28) at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards to perform their collaboration, "Side to Side," the third single off the pop star's latest LP, Dangerous Woman.
News of their performance arrived on Wednesday (August 24) with yet another promo, courtesy of the network. Their video for the "Side to Side" clip will also premiere that Sunday. This will mark their second collaborative performance on the VMA stage after opening the show in 2014 with a star-studded medley of Grande's "Break Free," Minaj's "Anaconda" and their collaboration with Jessie J for "Bang Bang."
In additional to the chart-toppers, MTV also announced that the Chainsmokers will take the stage alongside Halsey for their duet, "Closer." They join a long list of previously announced performers, including Britney Spears featuring G-Eazy, Nick Jonas featuring Ty Dolla $ign, Future and Rihanna.
The 2016 MTV Video Music Awards will air live on Sunday from New York City's Madison Square Garden at 9 p.m. ET.
