Britney Spears, Ellen DeGeneres Steal, Cause Mischief In Mall (VIDEO)

September 7, 2016

Celebrities are often given special passes in life because of their stature and riches. We all know that it's an entirely unfair advantage, and Ellen DeGeneres and Britney Spears decided to poke fun at the privilege in a brand-new skit for the daytime host's season 14 premiere week.

During a new seven-minute skit, the comedian and pop titan took to the Westfield Fashion Square in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles for some shenanigans. Imagine what it would be like if you could walk into a shopping center and do absolutely anything you wanted. That's what these two did as they ventured from store to store, stealing items, giving nonsensical advice to children and even demanding mall spectators to do what they wanted simply because, well, their celebrity.

"Gather round. We are People's Choice Awards winners and we like to start people early to understand what is important in life, and that is money and celebrity," Ellen jokingly told a crowd of parents and children.

Obviously, Ellen.

In related news, Spears' latest album, Glory, debuted at the no. 3 spot on the Billboard 200 chart with 111,000 units. This succeeds the pop titan's last album, Britney Jean, which peaked at the no. 4 spot with 107,00 units sold.

You can catch Spears and other chart-toppers at our iHeartRadio Music Festival, which goes down September 23rd and 24th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Click here for more information!
