Jidenna is a "Classic Man" -- that's why we always want a "Little Bit More" of him. Following the success of his hit single "Classic Man," which was nominated for a Grammy, went Platinum, and was featured as the lead single on Janelle MonĂ¡e's 2015 Wondaland Records collective EP Wondaland Presents: The Eephus, the 31-year-old singer/songwriter is back with a brand new single "Little Bit More." The rising R&B/reggae song was released a little over a month ago and the Brooklyn native has already received over 3.5 million views for the video on YouTube.
On the meaning behind his song "Little Bit More"
"A lot of times we go to parties and we're on the phones, we're awkward. We dance for like fifteen seconds and check our phone again. And we just hope most people hope that you actually meet somebody even if you're with somebody. You need a little bit more than what they're giving you. So you go out, and this is about the moment that you actually find somebody, and you don't just want one night or the whole night. You want a little bit more."
Three Things Jidenna Wishes He Had a "Little Bit More" of
Sticking with the theme of Jidenna's new single, we asked him what three things he wishes he had a "Little Bit More" of. Check it out below!
1. "A little bit more trees."
2. "I want a little bit more vacation."
3. "And a little bit more food. I know I'm a slim guy, but I eat like a huge mammoth gargantuan Loch Ness Monster, with like gorilla belly. That's how I eat."
