About Lady Gaga's New Single "Perfect Illusion"

"Perfect Illusion" is Lady Gaga's first new piece of music since her critically-acclaimed Grammy and Oscar nominated song "Til It Happens To You." The track was produced by the pop Goddess herself, along with Mark Ronson, Tame Impala's Kevin Parker, and BloodPop at Shangri-La Studios in Malibu, California. The single comes from her upcoming fifth studio album, LG5 as many have come to call it.

Lady Gaga says, the song is about "modern ecstasy" -- the highest of highs and lowest of lows in a relationship gone wrong: the "Perfect Illusion." 

"The song is about modern ecstasy . . . .We found our sweet, simple, ragey way of saying it."

After revealing her song at the iHeartRadio Music Summit, Lady G proclaimed, "I get this sick adrenaline rush every time I hear it.” We're guessing all of her fans will too!
