"TIME" Magazine Puts Kaepernick On Cover

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick's protest of the national anthem is making the cover of "TIME" magazine.  

The image of Kaepernick appearing on one knee, graces the publication's October 3rd issue with the caption "The Perilous Fight." 

The story discusses the quarterback's decision to take a stand by taking a knee has started the conversation on racial issues with police and the definition of patriotism.  He has been joined by teammates, other NFL players and athletes across the sports world.
