Fifth Harmony's Ally Brooke Breaks Silence On 'Scary' Fan Ambush (VIDEO)

September 29, 2016

During Fifth Harmony's departure out of an airport in Monterrey, Mexico on Wednesday (September 28), Ally Brooke Hernandez was ambushed by a fan in what she calls a "scary" attack, but the 23-year-old wants folks to know that she's doing just fine post-incident.

In fan-shot footage, the girl band is seen making their way through the crowded airport, before one fan approaches the singer, attempts to take a photo with her and grab her away from her bandmates and security team. If you look closely, Ally was almost pulled to the ground during the lunge.

Later on, Ally took to social media to share her thoughts on the scare and let Harmonizers know that she is all well after the incident. "Just to let you know, I am okay after the airport incident," she wrote, adding, "Please be careful and gentle so nobody gets hurt. That was scary. Thank you!"

In an effort to be positive, the singer turned her attention toward 5H's forthcoming show in Mexico, writing, "Monterrey, I couldn't be happier to be here! It's been a dream of mine since I was little. My favorite singer Selena Quintanilla had many beautiful performances here. And now I get to perform in this city! I'm beyond honored & proud. Te amo!!!!!!! Ally"
