Cubs Superfan Gets 2016 Cubs World Series Tattoo (VIDEO)

1460 KXnO and Lucky Gal Tattoo and Piercing held a contest to see if anyone was a BIG enough Cubs fan to get a 2016 World Series Cubs tattoo- before the World Series. After narrowing down the entries, and having three finalists create a tattoo, Noel was voted as the lucky winner.
Noel told us that he's got faith that the curse will be broken. Since he lives in a baseball household, his family thinks it's pretty cool! We hope he still thinks it's cool by the end of October...
