Giants Beat Mets Behind Bumgarner, Gillaspie

The San Francisco Giants are the National League wild card winners.  Madison Bumgarner threw a complete-game, four-hitter as the Giants shut out the New York Mets 3-0 in the single-elimination game at Citi Field.  

Conor Gillaspie provided the game's only offense with a three-run homer in the top of the ninth inning for the Giants, who advance to play the Chicago Cubs in the National League Division Series starting Friday.  Jeurys Familia took the loss for New York.  Starter Noah Syndergaard struck out 10 while allowing just two hits over the first seven innings in a no-decision.
