Indians Edge Red Sox In ALDS Game One

Cleveland is off to a winning start in the American League Division Series.  The Tribe hit three solo homers in the third inning to take the lead for good and hung on for a 5-4 win over the Boston Red Sox in Game One in Cleveland. 

 Roberto Perez, Jason Kipnis and Francisco Lindor all went deep off Boston starter Rick Porcello  in a span of four batters to erase a 2-1 deficit.  Kipnis finished 3-for-4 with two RBI and Lonnie Chisenhall had an RBI single for Cleveland.  Andrew Miller got the win and Cody Allen the save.  Brock Holt had three hits, including a solo homer, for the Red Sox.  Andrew Benintendi and Sandy Leon also went deep in defeat.  The Indians host Game Two of the best-of-five matchup on Friday.
