According to the site, Stevie has missed out on these payments for two of his kids. "The reality star pled guilty Monday to one count of misdemeanor failure to pay child support in Manhattan Federal Court, copping to not paying through the court’s for his two kids from 2001 to 2014," Bossip states.
The Bad Boy producer was supposed to pay $8,557 a month for both his daughter and son. However, he dodged them and by 2014, his outstanding balance was over $1.1 million.
The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star is due back in court in January where he'll be sentenced. But for now, Stevie must wear a GPS monitor bracelet and have a 10:30 pm curfew each night. He faces up to six months in prison and a $5,000 fine if convicted.
“The sentence imposed on you is going to be determined by me,” Judge Paul Crotty said to him. “I’m not going to be making any promises on what the sentence is going to be.”
